Job Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Mail Room Clerk to join our team in a fully remote, work-from-home role. Your Responsibilities

As a Data Entry / Mail Room Clerk, you will process confidential documents, complete assignments with limited supervision, comply with all contract requirements, and contribute actively to team performance goals. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and quickly are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and the ability to interpret moderately complex documents. Adaptability to shifting priorities and minimal supervision is also key.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST. You can expect routine handling of confidential information, a collaborative virtual environment, and structured tasks with performance expectations for accuracy and timeliness.
