Location: Remote – Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, or Puerto Rico
Time Zone Requirement: PST / PDT / CIST (partial overlap)
Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $19.23/hour (equivalent to $40,000/year)

🔍 About the Role

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll work alongside the Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics and collaborate closely with the growth marketing team. Your mission? Optimize ad spend, maximize return on investment, and help the company scale smartly.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Funnel Analysis: Deep dive into performance trends across marketing platforms and campaigns.
  • Build & Maintain Marketing Data Infrastructure: Use SQL to manage data classifications by UTM parameters.
  • Automate Manual Reporting: Replace spreadsheets with automated dashboards and real-time reporting tools.
  • Performance Deep Dives: Proactively identify and resolve marketing performance issues.
  • Media Measurement & Attribution: Lead efforts in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and MMM calibration.
  • Media Mix Modeling: Optimize how marketing budgets are allocated across channels.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to deliver insights and models that drive business decisions.

🧠 Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst—ideally in e-commerce or marketing.
  • You’re fluent in English.
  • You’re a SQL master and love working with large datasets.
  • You have experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen.
  • Bonus: You know your way around dbt, and have direct experience with Omni.
