Job Title: Customer Support Representative

**Classification:** Non-Exempt

**Reports to:** Manager, Customer Support

**Location:** Remote, US-based

**Target Salary:** $40,000 to $50,000 base, $47-55k OTE

Responsibilities

– Manage incoming support cases via email and zoom to ensure timely resolution
– Investigate and resolve product bugs, collaborate with other teams
– Respond to customer feedback, offer best practice guidance
– Provide accurate information to customers and team members
– Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services
– Meet case handling targets and SLA expectations
– Contribute to a strong team environment

Qualifications

– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
– 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Support roles
– Active listener, communicative, empathetic
– Proactive problem-solver, organized, reliable
– Aptitude for learning software, working knowledge of Zendesk preferred
