Responsibilities

As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the user journey, partnering with marketing teams to convert first-time users into loyal customers, designing and executing experiments to improve user onboarding processes, and analyzing and optimizing end-to-end funnels. This role requires a proactive and data-driven approach to drive successful strategies at scale.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in product growth and onboarding. Preferred experience in B2B SaaS and product-led growth environments is a plus. The ability to independently design and execute experiments, optimize user journeys and conversion funnels, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments is essential.
